However, he fell suddenly ill pre-covid and therefore these items have been stood for a while in his warehouse and will definitely require a clean and service. Please note - up until recently, the current owner and producer - Mark St John - kept these in working order and used inside the studio. Pictured below before any clean or service, but in full working order and comes with the moulded original case and strap. This particular one is not only rare in itself but also owned and used by The Pretty Things. You don’t often see these guitars for sale, and when they do come up demand a stupidly high price for the rarity. It is a rather nice 1990s Vox USA Mark VI Custom Shop Black Sparkle Phantom Guitar with the original case. This guitar was owned and used by The Pretty Things for many years, and now resides in The Ronnie Lane Mobile Studio Collection. Now is the time to let some of the collection back into the wild, and I have the privilege of doing just that! The studio has recorded the most successful artists of all time, at the most significant stages of their careers and is responsible for more than 750 million records sold.
